Refund policy

In order for a return to be accepted, you must request a RAN (Return Authorization Number).  To be returned, an item must be in unopened, unused condition. Any return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase

Inks and other liquids can NOT be returned

Print Heads can NOT be returned

Any returns that are authorized, are subject to a 20% restocking fee

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Shipping costs for returns are to be paid by the customer
